At Tinsley Kenpo Karate we teach a mixed system of combat style Kenpo & Jiu-Jitsu. A combined street style fighting system developed from Kenpo Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Boxing. We train at real speed with real street fighting scenarios targeting vital areas to overwhelm and incapacitate your attacker as quick as possible.
